If you are unhappy with your creation or have any concerns, please do not hesitate to send me an email or a contact within 14 days or receiving the item. I am happy to offer refund or exchange on damaged goods. Please be mindful that each of these creations is hand crafted, delicate and unique. There will be minor imperfections which can also add character to your chosen creation.
